Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BingeDen (bingeden.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Be decent. Don’t post illegal content, harassment, hate, or spam; don’t impersonate others; and don’t deliberately post spoilers outside the moment they’re anchored to. We use anchored feeds and AI-assisted moderation to protect the spoiler-free experience — confirmed spoiler violations and abuse can lead to warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant BingeDen a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the service so it works as intended (e.g. showing your posts in the right feeds). You’re responsible for what you post.

Hosts set a party’s visibility (public, friends, or invite). You’re responsible for who you invite and what you share in private spaces.

Show/movie metadata and “where to watch” links come from third parties (e.g. TMDB / JustWatch and streaming providers). We don’t control those services or their content, and some outbound links may be affiliate links.

BingeDen is provided “as is.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, BingeDen is provided without warranties, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
